All items are made after placing the order and production and delivery are estimated in 14/18 working days for fur items and in 10/15 for teddy and cashmere.

Return Policy - Returns on personalized items are not allowed.

By placing an order you are purchasing an item (s) on and subject to the following terms and conditions; 

NO we offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any of our products, this is a legal agreement when buying from us. All sales are final. All garments are made in the measurements requested on our table and supplied by you after or before the purchase. Choose your custom style to be made in one of the 30 colors and among different sizes listed. The size charts displayed on our website are for reference only and the guidelines can be changed upon your request. 

Privacy Policy

PART 1 - WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us such as your first name, last name, address and email address only for the order.

Our credit card processor is PayPal and we do not store i details of the credit card nor do we share financial details with third parties. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system and prevent fraud. 

Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, promotions and other updates. 

PART 2 - CONSENT 

How can I get my consent? 
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, we mean that you consent to our collection and use for that specific reason. 
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or offer you the opportunity to say no. 

How do I withdraw my consent?
If after joining, you have changed your mind, you can withdraw your consent so that we can contact you, for the continuous collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at mileluxdesign@gmail.com

PART 4 ​​- SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. It provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. 
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We are not personally responsible for any lost data from Shopify. 

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. It is encrypted using Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The purchase transaction data is stored only for the time necessary to complete the purchase transaction. Upon completion, the purchase transaction information is deleted. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Our credit and debit card processor is PayPal, it does not store i details of the credit or debit card nor does it share Mileluxdesign's financial details with third parties. 

PART 5 - SAFETY 

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, used, disclosed, altered or destroyed. 
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

PART 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By accepting these Terms of Service, you declare that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are of age in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependent to use this site.

All order times displayed on our website are general delivery times only. Each garment will differ in the time it is made, especially if there are backlogs of garments to overcome or during busy periods like Christmas. By purchasing you agree that there are no defined delivery times for a made-to-measure garment and that the estimate of 10 working days is only an estimate. We cannot be held responsible if the garments arrive later than described, or even earlier than the appointed time, if any.

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. 
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Some products or services may only be available online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.

Shipping policy

Your purchases made on the Mileluxdesign site are generally delivered to the recipient in 1-2 working days from the shipment of the order after having finished and notified the customer of the finished tailor-made realization.

The actual shipping time operated by our SDA courier generally takes (1-2 working days in most Italian locations).
By "working days" we naturally mean from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays. In exceptional cases, the shipment may be delayed due to force majeure (for example atmospheric events, strikes, etc.).

For international shipments, delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days with UPS courier and the cost is 10,00 euros for European Union countries, while the cost of shipping may vary for countries outside the EU. European Union depending on the geographical location.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

For all orders from our site the shipping cost is totally free.
